I know I need a good night’s sleep to really start the day and function well. However, sometimes I find myself tossing and turning at night trying to get myself to sleep, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. A recent sleep study using the Apple Watch at Brigham and Women’s Hospital showed that only 31 percent of people slept well.

Fortunately, the same technology that may keep us awake can also help with sleep strategies. That’s why I’ve rounded up some of the best sleep solutions to help you get the rest you need.
