Our phones have a knack for sharing more about our lives even when we think we’ve asked it not to—especially for tracking your exact location. There are many factors to consider when sharing your location, even if you wish to turn this feature off.
People often think they’ve turned off and blocked location sharing only to find out they’re still being tracked somehow. That’s why we go out of our way to make sure you don’t accidentally share information you don’t want to.
However, before you turn off location sharing for everything on your device, you need to understand the consequences of doing so. This is because several applications use your location services, such as location-based applications, including your maps, navigation, photos, weather, and fitness applications.
In addition, your browser uses your location to provide relevant search results. Also, emergency services may be affected if you turn off location sharing. In fact, your location may not be automatically shared with emergency services, which could delay response times or make it difficult for emergency personnel to find you.

Even if you think you’ve turned off your location sharing settings, you can still be tracked.
That’s because you’re not only being tracked by the device itself. You may also be tracked by the apps you use and the websites you visit.
If you turned off location sharing on your smartphone but forgot to disable it on your iPad, you can still be tracked. You need to consider all the different ways your device is used to keep tabs on where you are.

One way you can get started is if you have a Google account. This account may have a history of tracking your device.

You can stop your iPhone from tracking your location in a number of ways.
Start with the following steps:

- choose location service
