Nvidia’s DLSS 3.1.0 SDK has finally received an update, the first since March 2022, and it brings some interesting and very useful features for gamers.
according to GitHub and reported by Kiguruthe latest update to Nvidia’s upgrade technology brings several performance, bug, stability improvements, optimization fixes, as well as the ability to customize DLSS scaling and set automatic updates without developer intervention.
Developers will be able to activate the update option by enabling a feature called “NVSDK_NGX_UpdateFeature”. This feature is not only available for DLSS 3, but also for DLSS 2 compatible games. While this won’t be useful for games that support DLSS Swapper, this new feature can be very handy for games where this app doesn’t work (like Origin/EA Play).

After almost a full year without any updates, Nvidia has finally rolled out one of its most ambitious updates yet, adding two new major features to DLSS 3. The updated technology debuts in 2022 as part of Nvidia’s Lovelace line of GPUs.
