Microsoft said it was investigating issues that caused its email and video conferencing tools to shut down for thousands of users earlier on Wednesday.
technology giant Report “Issues affecting several Microsoft 365 services,” including the Outlook and Microsoft Teams services that serve many businesses. Just before 5 a.m. ET, it said it had “isolated the problem as a network configuration issue” and was working on a solution.
“We have identified a potential network issue and are reviewing telemetry data to determine next troubleshooting steps,” it said.
