There’s nothing worse than looking down and seeing your phone showing that the battery is down to 1% or worse, completely dead.
I’m sure it’s not surprising to find that part of the problem is the application you’re running. The most battery-hungry apps are social media apps, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and WhatsApp. They’re in the top 20, and both allow 11 functions to run in the background. Android and Iphone will periodically refresh background apps by default. This uses your phone’s battery and data.
While background app refresh won’t drain your resources like screen brightness and cellular connection, stopping app refresh can help you save battery and data for when you really need it.

Your phone connection also affects your phone’s power. In areas with poor reception, your phone uses more battery to search for a signal. So, how do you deal with poor signal at home? A cell phone signal booster picks up and boosts weak signals that are out of range so your phone doesn’t have to drain its battery in constant searches.I recommendSureCall Flare 3.0 Cell Phone Signal Booster. It extends coverage to multiple users in your home and reduces dropped calls, improves battery life, improves audio quality, and speeds up data and streaming.
It’s also worth noting that if your phone’s battery is draining suspiciously fast, you’ve most likely been hacked. Go to CyberGuy.com and search for “stalkerware” by clicking the magnifying glass at the top of my site.
