Some Gmail users can now customize the layout of their emails.

The option is currently only available on the web for the Google Workspace version, and was first announced in a blog post last summer.

People can choose predetermined layouts, add logos, and control formatting, including colors, fonts, and images.

In order to set up the template, the user should click Compose and find the Layout button in the row of icons next to the Send button.
