The MacBook Air M2 is finally in the hands of preorders, at least those not affected by the preorder delay. The reception has been very positive so far, with owners showing off their new laptops on social media and showing off their new laptops in some gorgeous photos.
Compared to the new M2 MacBook Air, the old M1 Macbook Air has significant differences, including the loss of the iconic wedge-shaped design, increased screen and keyboard size, and other quality-of-life changes.
What seems to impress new buyers the most is the laptop’s stunning colors and sleeker design, which undoubtedly makes it very photogenic.

Breakthrough: Apple’s M2 MacBook Air has its U1 ultra-wideband chip mounted directly on the new logic board. Apple never mentions this anywhere in the tech specs. There have also been criticisms, including some pointing out that the charging port wears out after one use, and others complaining that the trackpad doesn’t have the same click as the M1.
